Selfish Is the Afterlife

Before I was able to admit I was an atheist, I always was. My definition of god, was that much of Einstein’s:

I do not believe in a personal god and I have never denied this but have expressed it clearly. If something is in me which can be called religion than it is the unbounded admiration for the structure of the world so far as our science can reveal it.

I was always amazed by the expansive universe and it’s objects swirling about. My god was the every-flowing energy throughout space and time. Nothing like the Judea-Christian version of god.

‘Tis the Season for Wasting Money

I’m not a humbug during “the season”; I’m a happy, caring, and giving person all year ’round. I love the lights, I suppose. Who can’t find the classier of decorations beautiful in some way. Why not all year? Not the flashing Santa; of course not, that’s silly anytime of the year. Why don’t more people take the time to make their place look nice all year? Why wait for when drug stores finally sell you their brand lame and materialistic shit? Put lights up or even a theme!
