On Money

I usually like to stay somewhat within topic, but the following relates in a sense, which will be explained further on.

Money. Those who do not have it, want it. Those who do, want more. This is a generally true statement across the board: From secular to religious, from famous to unknown, from rich to poor; transcending gender, age, location, and occupation. Why is money so important?

On Zen Buddhism

It can never hurt to have some Zen in one’s life. According to some of the research I’ve only begun, Buddhism can be seen as a religion or philosophy, or both. In addition, Buddhism is a non-theistic religion/philosophy, so it’s right up my alley. I cannot succumb to an artificial supernatural being, yet am trying to find a new kind of inner peace. This slightly explains my recent poll of “Love Vs. Money.” To me, love and non-materialistic goods should be valued far more than money and materialism.

‘Tis the Season for Wasting Money

I’m not a humbug during “the season”; I’m a happy, caring, and giving person all year ’round. I love the lights, I suppose. Who can’t find the classier of decorations beautiful in some way. Why not all year? Not the flashing Santa; of course not, that’s silly anytime of the year. Why don’t more people take the time to make their place look nice all year? Why wait for when drug stores finally sell you their brand lame and materialistic shit? Put lights up or even a theme!
